- We are a specialised provider of cutting-edge industrial AI with a focus on the foundry and metalworking industries.
- Our sole mission is to enable sustainable zero-waste manufacturing using our technology by almost completely eliminating energy losses, waste and maximising machine and equipment availability.
- Our unique, patented technology combines physical-chemical simulations (using Finite Element Method FEM) with AI. We call this Hybrid AI. This enables us to achieve almost 100% accuracy, which is also very close to reality. Moreover, we not only predict certain events (Predictions), but our technology gives precise, concrete parameter and action recommendations (Prescriptions) to prevent e.g. scrap, machine downtime or energy loss.
- We guarantee first results (on average -30% less scrap and -20% less energy consumption) after only 3 months, as much of the necessary domain expert know-how is already integrated in the technology.
- We are creating „Digitally Empowered Operators.“ With our Industrial AI, even less experienced operators can be „empowered“ and „enabled“ to make optimal recipe adjustments in real time, ensuring virtually defect-free and non-disruptive production.
- We guarantee ROI under 3 months with very low total recurring costs (<20% of the cost savings achieved)
- We combat the knowledge drain at foundries and metal companies. The expert knowledge is „conserved“ and developed in the technology platform. This means that the longer the technology is used, the smarter and more accurate the platform becomes in prescriptions and the greater the benefit and advantage for our customers.
- We were the first in the world to make AI models scalable. With our second, patented technology „Transfer Learning“, the further models learn from the previous models when rolled out to other machines or products. Therefore, we only need 1/3 of the data and time in the plant-wide rollout.
